Tank body: The tank body is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, with light weight, large capacity, corrosion resistance and no pollution, ensuring the quality of the oil.
Fuel pump: high-power centrifugal oil pump (mechanical seal type), 1-inch flow rate of 70L-90L/min (optional 1.5-inch flow rate of 150L-250L/min), pipeline pumping flow rate of 700L-800/min, working pressure of 0.25MPa.
Flow meter: 0.2 level accuracy, with a diameter of 50 waist wheel flow rate. Filter separator: rated flow rate of 400L/min, rated working pressure of 1.0MPa, maximum allowable pressure difference of 0.15 Mpa.
Gravity refueling reel: automatic reset reel, refueling hose diameter 25mm, length 15m. Level gauge: stainless steel float ball inside the tank, 4-inch aluminum alloy dial on the left side of the tank for clear observation
The current volume of liquid in the tank. Operating system: Centralized control in an independent control room. Instrument indicators include pump in vacuum gauge, pump out pressure gauge, filter differential pressure gauge, etc. The operation of opening and closing valves includes the main power switch, lighting switch, refueling speed control knob, circulating filter valve, sampling valve, underwater valve control combination switch.
Function Introduction:
1. Roll up refueling - After filtering and measuring the fuel in the tank of this vehicle, it is injected into the aircraft fuel tank or other oil receiving equipment through the gravity refueling gun of the roll up hose in the control room.
2. Pump oil filtration - The fuel in the vehicle's oil tank or external pipeline is filtered and returned to the vehicle's oil tank or other oil receiving equipment through the pump outlet joint, achieving the function of circulating filtration.
3. Oil tank loading - Use a joint valve to connect the pipeline to the bottom of the oil tank for oil loading, or use this oil pump to achieve oil pumping function.
